Project Overview: Layne GeoConstruction designed and constructed to provide: A barrier of jet grouted columns (green) to underpin, protect against ground movement and provide excavation support for the adjacent building. A block of jet grouted columns (blue) to encapsulate and mitigate migration of the organic fraction of fuel oil present in the foundation area and to provide foundation support for the new structure.
