Project Overview:
Layne GeoConstruction installed a multiple line grout curtain for the Lyman Run State Park Dam Replacement Project using the CAGES computer grouting system and six balanced, stable multi-component grouts.

Work consisted 56,000 feet of drilling and grouting of total of 880 holes. The hole depths were between 40 ft and 154 ft. A total of 15,200 cubic feet of grout was placed.

Steep slope grouting was conducted on one abutment. Verification holes were cored using a NQ2 wireline coring system. Also, tiedown anchors were installed through the RCC spillway structure to resist uplift.
